Evidence showing a connected set of events is admissible against an accused, even if it demonstrates further misconduct. The difference between transactional evidence and tendency evidence being the occurrence of connected events as opposed to trying to prove the accused's state of mind to behave in a certain way. Transactional evidence or event is admissible whether the event occurred before or after the offence.
